We make the following promises to the products:
• Cancel the orders unconditionally within 15 days!
• If there is any quality problem of Zhengfa^® products, we will guarantee for replacement and return!
• If it is not the quality problems due to the market unsalable, our company will also allow the goods returned by the negotiation.
• If the products damaged for the reasons not by our company (as rusty and package damage), you can return it to the company for another processing and repair, or for renewably production at a discount, but it requires to pay the relative fees.
• We eternally provide the replaceable parts of the products.

About OEM

Our company can provide OEM production according to the clients’ requirements and we make the following statements for the OEM. • OEM requires the certain order amount. Please feel free to give a call for the consultation. • Please provide the trade mark registration certificate, or the one that is able to state the trade mark use right. • Product package can be designed independently or commit it to our company. For the one independently design the package, we can provide the relative design sample. • If it is required, our company will strictly keep the secret for the OEM.
